What we collect
Your name, contact details, profile information, learning progress, competition entries, ticket purchases and payment records. We never store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To run your account, deliver courses and certificates, manage competition entries and judging, sell tickets, and tell you about opportunities you asked to hear about.
Who can see it
Your public profile shows only what you choose to make public. Judges see entries without your identity where blind judging is enabled. Staff access is limited by role.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your information, correct it, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask us to delete your account. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Account and certificate records are kept while your account is active and for as long as we must for legal and audit reasons.
Security
Access is protected by authentication, role-based permissions and row-level database rules. Uploads are stored in secured cloud storage.
